The project involved the design, documentation and contract administration of a 4 Storey Office Building Extension to the existing building.
The design carefully integrates the new extension with the existing building by extending the established aesthetic.
A number of fire engineered solutions were implemented to address compliance challenges.
The construction was managed whilst maintain the operations of the existing Office Building.
