Hodge Collard Preston were engaged to undertake the schematic design for the renovation and refurbishment of the Heritage listed Beadon Bay Hotel and the addition of 60 motel rooms located on the adjacent site.
The accommodation rooms are prefabricated and configured within a 3 storey structure adjoining the hotel. The design of the units are harmonious with the heritage hotel and provide an essential facility for the growing town of Onslow.
