The Development is situated within the Banksia Grove Retail / Commercial Precinct and integrates with the sites surrounding Shopping Centre and Commercial Developments.
The Design Philosophy is based around an Integrated design for a variety of building types and uses whilst maintaining the practicalities for a commercially viable development.
