The development of this building was divided into two areas, industrial fit-out of the workshop area and the separate fitout of the office area.

The workshop fit out incorporated two storey office areas, safety dividing walls and fencing and subdivision of the companies separate divisions.

The office area incorporated three separate corporate divisions utilising common amenities, staffroom and boardrooms whilst maintaining their independence. The company’s corporate colours are carried through the design themes.

The office layout is open plan with glazed partition walls utilising the availability of natural light.
